How does pricing work for Junk Removal?

Pricing is usually based upon the volume used up in a trailer, the type of materials being discarded and the weight of those materials. Some items may have an additional charge depending on how they can be recycled. For instance mattresses, tires, propane tanks, refrigerators that may have free-on in them, batteries etc.

What items are prohibited in Junk Removal?

There are some items that we cannot dispose of when it comes to junk removal. Items such as hazardous chemicals, paint, oil, fuel, asbestos, fertilizers, pesticides, pool chemicals and combustible materials.

What does Junk Medics do with all that junk?

We do everything we can to keep your junk out of landfills! if an item is in good condition we do our best to donate it to a local charity. if it is damaged or not able to be used, we take it to a special facility called a transfer station where it is sorted and disposed of economically for the best outcome in our community. We try and separate metals and salvageable materials to limit the impact it has on our environment.
